How to Place an Order

  1. Upload a clean scanned copy of your documents.
  2. Enter the total number of pages, then Select 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout.
  3. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to assist you.
Delivery Time / TAT (Soft / Scanned Copies)
  1. Once we receive your documents, they will be assigned to an authorized sworn translator.
  2. A draft version will be shared with you for review and approval. Based on your feedback, any required revisions will be made before preparing the final version.
  3. The turnaround time for the translation process mainly depends on the volume and content of the pages,
  • 1 – 7 pages: 2 – 4 working days
  • 8– 20 pages: 5 – 7 working days
  • 21– 40 pages: 8 – 10 working days

Note: Excluding Sundays and public holidays).

4. After your approval, we will print the sworn translation, prepare the hard copies, share scanned copies via email or Whatsapp, and dispatch the physical documents by courier along with the certificate of sworn translation.
5. Delivery of original documents or hard copies via courier service typically takes 2–3 days, depending on your PIN Code.

Notes

Note: If any original document contains an apostille sticker or apostille stamp on the back side, both the front and back sides will be treated as separate pages. Accordingly, two pages will be counted instead of one if the back side containing the apostille also requires translation.
